I’ve been getting lot of questions about measurements & temperature used in my recipes for long time. I try my best to answer each and  every questions but due to my busy schedule sometimes I’m unable to answer on time. So, I thought to update most of the conversions you need in the kitchen for quick reference. I hope you find this conversion chart page useful and informative.
I live in US, so I always use US cups and spoon measurements. All conversions mentioned here are approximate and most have been rounded up to the nearest whole number.

Above conversion chart table is loosely adapted from here and I use this one all the time. It is an excellent ingredients specific chart and there are many online metric conversion calculators that can give you right conversions and I use this.
