I know I do! I serve this yummy yet simple fried fish and rice one pot meal with a side salad.
Today I am sharing a recipe of ‘Fried Fish Masala Rice’..though it sounds and looks like Fish Briyani /Meen Biryani, but it taste quite different and very easy to prepare. Fish fillets seasoned with a fine flavorful combination of spices, fried and then combined with spicy masala and rice. The combination of spices gives it a unique flavor. I adapted this recipe from Lakshmi Nair cookery show.
This one pot meal makes the perfect dish to serve company. Or just whip it up for your family! Bon Appetit!
